“Excellent hotel, 50m from airport terminal, for affordable price. Room are very clean and well maintained. Hotel have basic breakfast, but it is OK considering purpose (airport hotel). Little problem can be no reception desk working late night, so you must use automatic check-in with card payment..”

“Right in front of Baden Airpark - perfect location for a solo female traveler. I had a reservation via Trip.com, but the self-check-in machines couldn’t find it using my reservation number, so I had to book another room on the machine. This happened late at night, with many passengers from delayed flights trying to book as well, and reception was closed. Several of us had the same issue, and we helped each other until everyone managed to get a room. I couldn’t cancel my original online reservation, so I changed the name and gave the room to someone else to avoid extra fees. In the morning, Abdul at reception was extremely kind and helpful — I’ve met him during my previous stays as well — and he even assisted other guests who had called the emergency phone overnight. He spoke Arabic, English and German, so he could help many of the fellow passengers! :) Thank you, Abdul!!!”

“The hotel is just a few steps away from the airport, making it very convenient even when carrying luggage. It is safe and comfortable, with an excellent reception and a very warm welcome. The staff are extremely helpful and provided great advice on how to get to the city center and the best attractions to visit over two days. I highly recommend this hotel. It is suitable for families, and the rooms are modern, clean, well-organized, beautiful, practical, and well soundproofed.”
